Getting started is easy — just complete a short signup form with your contact details, website address, and any known issues. No credit card required.

Once you’re in, your 30-day free trial begins.

02Onboarding

We’ll get you set up in our system, install our WordPress Buddy ™ plugin, and make sure your website is stable and secure during the trial.

To ensure a safe start, onboarding begins with:

  • Email verification
  • Setup of your client portal for secure communication
  • A full website backup and security scan
03Monitoring

During your 30-day trial, we’ll monitor your website and identify where support is most needed — escalating any issues or pain points that we find.

We learn more about your website by:

  • Measuring uptime and performance
  • Reviewing WordPress plugins & themes
  • Scanning for known security vulnerabilities & malware
04Review

At the end of your trial, we’ll send you a short report highlighting what we found and how we can help. You’ll have the option to book a call to go through our recommendations and decide what’s next.

Then, or at any point during the trial, you can:

  • End the trial — no hard feelings
  • Begin the recommended care plan subscription

Once you're a full subscriber, we begin the regular hands-on care. Need help with something? Just raise a ticket via your client portal.
